Funds for Myanmar Spring Children (FMSC)
(Tribute to the Fallen Heroes of Myanmar Spring Revolution)
FMSC is an education fund for Myanmar’s post-Spring Revolution. Many brave heroes fought and sacrificed their lives during the spring revolution of Myanmar. We dedicate this fund to providing financial assistance to the surviving children of those fallen heroes. The fund is an independent charity supported and sponsored by donors from around the world (Burma, USA, UK, Singapore, etc.).
In Burma, many families struggle to send their children to school even when both parents or their guardians are still alive. Imagine the loss of any of the parents. It is almost certain that children of such families will encounter extreme difficulties to be in school. Many children will have no choice but to drop out of school. Many of them will lose hope thinking “there is no opportunity for education”. As a result of loss of their parent(s), there would be negative impacts on those children’s mental and physical well-beings.
The fallen heroes may not rest peacefully in their afterlife. It would be tremendously heartbreaking seeing their children in such physical and psychological stress. We strongly believe that loss of parent(s) should not prevent these children’s opportunities to be in school.
Therefore, we would like to urge people from all over the world to donate for supporting children of the fallen heroes in the Myanmar Spring Revolution.
Our aim is to provide Myanmar’s Spring Children with extra support to ensure they continue with their education even in the post-revolution time. The money raised will be used to fund their education.

The stipend amount will vary depending on students’ grades (KG, Primary, Middle, High School or in College).

*The expected number of students to be supported is approximately 200 for now. Depending on the amount of funds raised, the project will attempt to support even more than 200 students. Ideally, we will attempt to be able to provide to all children whose parents (mother/father/guardians) have fallen due to Myanmar Spring Revolution.
**Exceptional cases (outstanding students, and students of families with health challenges, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A higher stipend amounts would be allocated based on needs.

FMSC သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ “နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးနှင့် တော်လှန်ရေးကာလ အလွန်” (၁၀) နှစ်စီမံကိန်း ပညာရေးရန်ပုံငွေ ဖြစ်သည်။ တော်လှန်ရေး ကာလတွင် လူ့ဘဝ၏ အရေးပါဆုံးဖြစ်သော အသက်ကိုပေးပြီး တိုက်ပွဲဝင်သွားကြ ကုန်သော အာဇာနည် သူရဲကောင်းတို့၏ မိသားစုဝင် ကလေးများကို အမေရိကန်၊ မြန်မာနှင့် ကမ္ဘာအရပ်ရပ်ရှိ အလှူရှင်များမှ ဝိုင်းဝန်း ထောက်ပံ့ တာဝန်ယူသော ပညာရေး ရန်ပုံငွေလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။
မိသားစု စုံစုံလင်လင်ရှိစဉ်ကပင် ကလေးများကို ကြိုးစားပြီး ကျောင်းထားနေရသော မိသားစုများမှာ မိသားစု စုံစုံလင်လင် မရှိတော့လျှင် ထိုကလေးများမှာ ကျောင်းအပြင်ဘက်သို့ ရောက်သွားဖို့ရာ သေချာသလောက် ရှိသွားပါပြီ။ မိဘ မစုံလင် တော့၍ အားငယ်နေရသော ကလေးငယ်တို့၏ မျက်နှာ လေးများတွင် သူတို့ဘဝနောင်ရေးအတွက် “ပညာသင့်ဖို့ရာ အခွင့်အလမ်း မရှိတော့” ဟူသော အသိစိတ်ကလေးများ ဝင်သွားလျှင် ထိုကလေးများ၏ စိတ်တွင် တိုင်းကျိုးပြည်ကျိုး ပြုနိင်လောက်သည့် စိတ်ခွန်အားလည်း မရှိနိုင်တော့ပါ။ ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် တိုင်းပြည်အတွက် အသက်ပေးသွားသော မိခင်/ဖခင်/ အုပ်ထိန်းသူများမှာလည်း တမလွန်ဘဝမှ မိမိတို့ကလေးများအတွက် ဝမ်းနည်း နေပါ လိမ့်မည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာအရပ်ရပ်မှ စွမ်းနိုင်သူများကလည်း တတ်စွမ်းသလောက် ဝိုင်းဝန်း တာဝန်ယူ လှူဒါန်း စောင့်ရှောက်ပေးစေချင်ပါသည်။
တော်လှန်ရေးကာလတွင် သူသူကိုယ်ကိုယ် စိတ်အားထက်သန်နေသော်လည်း တော်လှန်ရေးကာလ အလွန်တွင် သွေးအေးကာ အာဇာနည် မိသားစုတို့၏ ကလေးငယ်များကို မေ့မေ့ပျောက်ပျောက် ဖြစ်သွားမှာလည်း စိုးရိမ်မိသည်။ အာဇာနည်များ အသက်ပေး၍ ယူထားသော “ဒီမိုကရေစီ”၏ အသီး အပွင့်များကို သူသူကိုယ်ကိုယ် စားသုံးကြမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အာဇာနည်မိသားစုဝင်များကိုလည်း တစ်ဖက်မှ လှူဒါန်း ထောက်ပံ့သင့်ပါသည်။ တတ်နိင်သလောက် တစ်ကြိမ်တစ်ခါသော်လည်းကောင်း သို့မဟုတ် လစဉ် $10/20 စသည်ဖြင့် သော်လည်းကောင်း လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

၆။ ရပ်ဝေးမှ Check ဖြင့် လှူဒါန်းလိုသူများမှာ Pay to နေရာတွင် NE MIN DA, Memo နေရာတွင် FMSC ဟုရေးပြီး 301, Maple Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 ဟုရေး၍ ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဘဏ်မှ လစဉ်လှူဒါန်းလိုသူများမှာလည်း GoFundMe သို့ လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

Myanmar Spring Children Financial Aid Application
| Eligibility Requirements
Under this financial aid, a student whose parent(s) or guardian died in the line of honorable duty during Myanmar Spring Revolution 2021 is eligible to receive a maximum grant for the award year for which the determination of eligibility is made. To qualify this financial aid, a student is expected be less than 24 years of age or enrolled at a school/at an institution of higher education at the time of application. An interview process may require in some special cases. The Foundation’s website [www.pyinnyarpankhin.com] offers guidance in completing your materials, samples of exemplaryresponses, and other competition information. The application, policy proposal, and letter of recommendation forms are available both as templates and PDF files on the website. |
